Our work for the Government’s Central Office of Information is across a wide portfolio of its brands and includes award winning work for the Royal Air Force.
TMW has worked to help raise funds for leading youth charity C.A.L.M. (Campaign Against Living Miserably) which campaigns to reduce the high rate of suicide amongst men between 15 and 25. Our activities have included targeting organisations who sell products to this group such as music companies for which we received several creative awards including a DMA gold.
TMW manages the relationship marketing programmes for some of Diageo’s leading brands, including Guinness, Gordon’s, Talisker and Johnny Walker. The creative work we do for these campaigns have received numerous awards, including Cannes Lions and DMA Grand Prix for Guinness. We also manage the creative communications for Guinness’s sponsorship of Rugby as well as it’s in pub promotions and B2B activities.
TMW deliver eBay’s integrated communications strategy to both businesses and consumers in the UK. Primarily an email based eCRM programme, it is highly sophisticated in its data segmentation and targeting and delivers quantifiable increase in business and value.The focus of our activity is retention and loyalty, helping users at different stages in their customer lifecycle as well as educating on how to become more successful sellers. We have also successfully tested the use of offline communications to maximize the engagement with high value customers.
For the past two years we have helped The Financial Times increase its subscriber base through a combination of on and offline communications. We also manage brand communications campaigns designed to increase awareness of the FT among newer audiences as well as managing subscription marketing in the EMEA region.
Infiniti is Nissan’s luxury car brand which appointed TMW as its lead digital strategic agency in 2007. We are responsible for developing strategies to launch the new brand across Europe which includes the design, development and launch of their website in 23 countries as well as development and digital advertising and eCRM communications.
Jumeirah Hotels is a world class luxury international hotel and hospitality management company. We were selected in 2006 to help Jumeirah define their overall website strategy and design, including content strategy for Jumeirah’s hotels.
One of TMW’s longest standing clients; we are Nissan Europe’s CRM partner, responsible for building long-term valuable relationships with their customers across 23 countries in Europe. Our work includes high level strategic development of communication campaigns, business and marketing planning, database construction and technology support, through to ongoing campaign management and analysis.
TMW develops viral campaigns to drive awareness of, and registrations to, PriceRunner.co.uk and increase brand engagement amongst the target audience.
TMW are PayPal’s brand, advertising and digital partner, charged with expanding its user base across a wider target group than its traditional eBay customer base. Our activities have included print advertising, digital advertising, brand development and brand guidelines as well as website development and design.
In 2008 TMW was appointed as the digital agency partner for the Royal Mail, specifically to launch its new online portal mmc.co.uk (Mail Media Centre). We were charged with the digital brand development, including brand guidelines and the design, development and production of the new website as well as the digital aspects of its launch.
TMW works with Sainsbury’s across a variety of its brands and business units. We develop direct and digital campaigns for the main retail brand, Sainsbury’s Bank, their Business Direct product and their partnership with the Nectar loyalty programme. We are intricately involved in the strategic planning and data planning for all their loyalty communications with the aim of extracting greater value from their customer base.

From helping T-mobile with the definition of their brand, their digital advertising, web design and viral campaigns, through to direct response advertising, direct response TV, direct mail and latterly, their retail digital display production.
